bland bacon limited variety
The breakfast was not appealing , particularly the bacon. It tasted bland and seemed undercooked. The lack of variety was also a problem . The same items looked daily , lacking innovation. I expected a higher standard of breakfast at this hotel.

amazing location complimentary water spacious bathroom
the location was amazing, steps from st stephen's basilica. my room included complimentary water bottles, a nice touch i appreciated. the bathroom was spacious and modern. the hotel provided umbrellas, a thoughtful amenity for unexpected weather.
My room had an issue with insufficient soundproofing. The noise from outside was noticeable.

The location Is GREAT, close to attractions. My room was clean AND modern with a comfy bed. The staff seemed helpful, especially with local tips. I found it all a good value for such central accommodation.

The location was perfect for exploring. i appreciated secure luggage storage after checkout. It allowed me to see more of the city before my flight.

Very nice Basilica View!
friendly staff clean room
This hotel is a top spot near many things! It sits right in the Basilica square, surrounded by coffee shops. The staff is super friendly, and my room was always cleaned really well. Reception staff resolved every issue I raised!
The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all. The temperature was automatically set to 25 degrees! I was sweating and unable to sleep, it was quite unpleasant.
