broad breakfast helpful staff fun playroom
The breakfast choice was broad. the staff were very helpful. there was also a playroom for children. My kids enjoyed it. i appreciated the availability of an xbox. it kept them entertained.

A decent place to stay

The staff at the breakfast restaurant were Really good. They ensured every guest felt welcome and attended to. I found a great variety of foods and drinks during breakfast. The public transport connections were good and convenient.
I booked this hotel because it featured a spa and a pool. Upon arrival, I learned they were renovating. This information should have been communicated in advance. I found this misleading. I also found it strange that the hotel asked for a 50-euro security deposit. I have never encountered this before.

the breakfast had a huge variety. i liked the pastries. my son needed alternative milk and the staff provided it quickly.

wonderful stay
great location quality food refillable water supportive staff
the hotel provided a location on the Buda side. public transport and a shopping mall were near. the breakfast offered variety and quality food. i liked the refillable water, both plain and sparkling, available on every floor. the staff was supportive.
the air conditioning was not effective and room was warm.

the sauna and swimming pool are available for free. i noticed the hotel includes play areas for children. these spaces offer recreational options. during my visit, i observed that the facilities are well-kept.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness! they answered questions and provided navigation assistance. the breakfast room staff refilled pastries slowly. i had to wait for more to be made. the reception staff were understaffed.

hot room slow response
the air conditioning did not work well the room got very hot i asked for help but it took a long time to get a response from staff also i found some trash in the room when i arrived it made me question overall cleanliness standards i think they need to check rooms more carefully between guests it negatively affected my experience i was disappointed with this aspect of my stay
