The staff at the breakfast restaurant were Really good. They ensured every guest felt welcome and attended to. I found a great variety of foods and drinks during breakfast. The public transport connections were good and convenient.
I booked this hotel because it featured a spa and a pool. Upon arrival, I learned they were renovating. This information should have been communicated in advance. I found this misleading. I also found it strange that the hotel asked for a 50-euro security deposit. I have never encountered this before.

the hotel provided a location on the Buda side. public transport and a shopping mall were near. the breakfast offered variety and quality food. i liked the refillable water, both plain and sparkling, available on every floor. the staff was supportive.

the air conditioning did not work well the room got very hot i asked for help but it took a long time to get a response from staff also i found some trash in the room when i arrived it made me question overall cleanliness standards i think they need to check rooms more carefully between guests it negatively affected my experience i was disappointed with this aspect of my stay
