I liked the luggage storage at this hotel. It was practical because I traveled. The location is good, with supermarkets close. Staff helped organize a taxi from the airport for me. The hotel was clean and pretty central.
The room management tools are not good. The aircon can't be turned off using a remote. I had to use the hotel's app to turn off. It was not told in advance.

the storage rooms on the ground level provided secure keys for luggage after checkout.
the air conditioning did not function at all. i was told it was serviced recently, but the temperature remained constant for three days despite my complaints. the shower also drained poorly, leaving dirty water and scum on the floor.

I found the location quite central for seeing main attractions. I walked to the Dohany Street Synagogue and St Stephen's Basilica. The hotel's smart concept worked well for me. My room received daily cleaning that included fresh bed linen and towels.
The air conditioner was not intuitive to manage. I could only turn it off using the hotel's app. This was not clearly communicated upon arrival, so I was initially uncomfortable.

The hotel is near many tourist attractions. It is a short walk to the Site Seeing tour bus and other main sites. The area has some pubs, but the hotel itself remained quiet at all times .
