The staff were always helpful. i found the location excellent. It was easy to reach many attractions (and i enjoyed every single one of them!).

I found the location very central and accessible to many attractions. the staff was friendly. They provided clear instructions for accessing the room after hours. the room itself had nice decorations, i thought.

Nearby restaurants offered vouchers, and i tried three different options for breakfast. All were acceptable, though! the area has many coffee shops too, and these are busy, all day.

The bathroom was quite large, and it included good design. It felt luxurious. i appreciate that there was a coffee machine in the room too!

the location was perfect though the parking was expensive. i was within walking distance to several points of interest, including váci street and st stephen's basilica. shops and bars were near the hotel!

okay, i guess
minimal housekeeping street noise
Location was pretty decent. I could walk to quite a few places.
The room felt smaller than advertised, honestly. i found the lack OF soundproofing particularly bothersome. Street noise kept me awake EVERY night. housekeeping did a minimal job, and I even found a stain on ONE of the towels.

the location proved very convenient. i found many restaurants and shops nearby. the room had a coffee machine, which i used every morning.
The room was quite small. I had little space to move around. the shower's drainage was slow. Water accumulated quickly. i missed having staff available on-site after hours.

Acceptable Stay with Issues
street noise missing minibar
I found some aspects disappointing . The room lacked proper soundproofing, and I could hear street noise at night (this made it difficult to sleep well). I also noticed the absence of certain expected amenities in the room. There was no minibar. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

adequate, but some issues
dirty room faulty electronic key
the location was convenient for exploring the city.
The room wasn't properly cleaned. I found hairs on the bedsheets and the floor was sticky. the electronic key system also didn't work, and i had to call for assistance to get into my room. there wasn't even a small bottle of water provided in the room.

the location offered great accessibility to main attractions. the room included air conditioning that worked efficiently. the rooftop pool became a welcome feature during warmer weather.
the building corridors looked quite dark, lacking a cute ambiance.
