i found the location quite convenient it was close to several tube stations. our family of four was able to fit comfortably in the quadruple room

the LOCATION was superb for accessing central areas. I appreciated the proximity to tube stations. The room included a useful fridge. I found the staff helpful with check-in. the beds were comfortable enough for a few nights.

The check-in process was quick. The room included a useful fridge. I liked the helpful staff. The location was convenient to many places. The proximity to many shops aided my travel plans.
The bathroom was quite small and basic. It restricted movement, especially in the shower area.

The reception personnel were very helpful, and assisted with directions. Ali was especially kind and accommodating, thus. Communication via WhatsApp worked very well.

great location easy check helpful staff
the location was definitely a plus. check in was easy. the room did include a tv and a fan, those were useful. the staff was very helpful, they answered my questions quickly.
the room was very small, that was definitely an issue for me. it felt cramped. the bathroom felt basic. the sofa in the room needs replacing, it wasn't practical for me.

helpful staff unbeatable location dirty entrance worn stairs
The staff were really kind. Ali was especially helpful. I also found the location unbeatable, I could WALK to many places and see so much.
The entrance hall was DIRTY. Stairs were worn, and the room needed a complete makeover, like drawers broken, I found this upsetting.
