I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring downtown, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and the harbor. I appreciated the breathtaking views from my room, but the inconsistent air conditioning was a significant issue. The staff was generally accommodating, but my experience with some amenities felt lacking. Overall, it has great potential due to its location and views, but it needs improvements in maintenance and service.
