I had booked a bay view room , hoping for a pleasant experience. however , the room i received was overlooking the car port , which was quite disappointing. also , the room wasn't clean upon arrival . The bed was unmade and dirty towels were on the bathroom floor. it definitely impacted the overall enjoyment of my stay.

I really enjoyed the complimentary airport shuttle. It saved me a lot of hassle. the on-site restaurant was convenient and tasty. my room was very clean, and i appreciated that it was serviced daily without me having to ask. the pool area was nice.
The destination fee was a surprise. I wish that was included in the initial price.

the hotel boasts easy access to the cruise terminal, literally across the road. several dining choices are a comfortable walk away. trolley and train terminals are only a block away, ensuring connectivity.

The gym features multiple machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel offered a complimentary airport shuttle, very punctual. ice bags were available. This is a plus.

the location proved very convenient. i could easily walk to attractions. i enjoyed the exercise room as it had good equipment. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room felt somewhat below a typical standard. there was barely any space to store clothes. the shower water pressure was very low. several lights did not work.

the location proved excellent with convenient proximity to the cruise ship pier and tour pick-up spots claim jumper, a nice pub, is located in the hotel another good bar and grill sits across the street the airport shuttle runs every half hour making transfers simple.
the wifi offered slow speeds and a limited number of devices without an extra charge.

the standard king room was clean and well organized the bed provided comfort after a long day of travel i found the room to be a quiet place to rest with effective soundproofing.
