striking decor convenient location blackout blind loud street noise
the hotel decor was striking in both the room and common areas. also, the location was great for accessing many dining options nearby. i found it easy to walk to several restaurants.
the room could really use blackout blinds because it was too bright at night. street noise was quite loud, even on the 8th floor, so it was hard to fall asleep. i had difficulty with the noise levels and the bright lights at night.

convenient location nice staff quick answer event information
i appreciated the convenient location near the convention center. the staff was very nice. they answered every question quickly. the hotel informed us about all the events .
The pool area was too loud. It did not allow for a relaxing time.

seamless process truffle fries
The check-in process was seamless. I liked the room service.. the truffle fries arrived quickly and tasted great.
The refrigerator was full of items with sensors, leaving no space for my own things.
