The staff was very polite! The location is great, I walked to many places. The hotel connects to a shopping mall. This offered dining options very close to me.
There was no streaming service on the tv. It is 2024. The parking was WAY overpriced. It really surprised me. i was charged for a 'mini bar', THE seal was already opened!

The valet team was very attentive upon arrival. Jorge was helpful with my car needs. I appreciated Fadi's assistance with my reservation. He was a joy to talk to.
The room's decor felt somewhat outdated. Better space utilization and bathroom design are possible. The bed was too soft for my preference. The bed sheets were not changed until I mentioned it to the front desk.
