This hotel is conveniently located near the dolby theatre. I appreciated the helpful staff. The location on the walk of fame is a plus.
The front desk provided poor customer service. Chanel seemed rude and unhelpful during check in. This affected our family vacation negatively.

The king studio was spacious. the staff was helpful and friendly. i especially liked the poolside bar. It had great vibes (it was a real getaway!).

this hotel is at the heart of the main walk of fame area. a supermarket and a pharmacy are in front of the hotel. it is easy to walk to nearby attractions.
