The hotel experience was frustrating due to numerous issues, particularly with check-in and room quality. The location is not very tourist-friendly, and the amenities are lacking for a hotel of this caliber. While the staff was somewhat responsive, the overall value does not match the price. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
