My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location is perfect for exploring downtown LA, which made my trip fun and convenient. While I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, I had some issues with the air conditioning that were frustrating. Overall, I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and engaging rooftop bar, but the service could use some improvement to match the lively vibe of the place.
