modern and convenient stay
tech-forward design lighting settings automatic blinds
I enjoyed the tech-forward design. Everything in the room was controlled by a tablet. the lighting settings were great. built-in chromecast on the tv and automatic blinds were convenient. the bed was comfy, and the shower was also nice. it ensured restful sleep for me.
i found the bathroom tissue to be of poor quality. it surprised me because the hotel is really nice and well-appointed.

The hotel offers a 24-hour bar and food service, very convenient. access to nearby theaters is simple. the communal spaces are especially noteworthy. They are cute. the beds are amazing!!!

The common areas were attractive, with comfortable seating. i found complimentary coffee available each morning. That was nice. the staff were friendly, i was very thankful for their help.
The parking was off-site. I had to park elsewhere.

Smart, Clean, and Comfortable
smart layout clean room great shower
I found the hotel delivered on its promises. The rooms are compact, but their layout is smart and well-thought-out, so they are very clean. The room has an iPad for controlling things. It has presets for lighting, including color, and i liked it. The shower was great, including the body washes with different scents.
The room was quite small. it was manageable for my short stay.

The gym is located on the 9th floor and contains a amazing patio. The lobby is inviting and has a good eating area. Iron rooms are available on each floor, a nice touch.

The room features blackout blinds that are total blackout. The bed was SUPER comfortable and there IS a large bed. An iPad controls the TV, lights, and temperature, THIS is great.

Breakfast offered very good value and was tasty. The hotel is near Grand Central Food Court. I found many options for food and drink there. Bringing food in to eat is allowed.

The hotel is in a good location for downtown. Union Station is near for taking the bus. Walking distance to a food market and museums, VERY convenient. The hotel is near public transportation.

rude staff no room service
the lobby and restaurant area are pretty cool. but the gym was better than most hotel gyms i've seen!
The staff wasn't cute. rude even, i felt literally ignored. the temperature wasn't working in my room. I got sick one night because it was so cool. there was no room service, which i found very inconvenient

no explanation cramped room
the staff was friendly. the location was central to public transit! which was great for getting around
my Invoice with my company address was not provided. they offered no explanation, so i cannot ask for reimbursement. this caused grave economic damage to me! ALSO, the rooms are too cramped
