Mixed Feelings About This Stay
lack of lift poor breakfast
The location was convenient, I could reach many attractions easily.
I found the lack of a lift quite inconvenient. My room was on the third floor, and I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. The breakfast was also a letdown, there was not much choice and the food seemed to have been left uncovered.

i found THE staff very helpful, especially Greg at reception. he provided knowledgeable assistance with local attractions and even booked a dinner cruise for us. the location is convenient for exploring the city center. the bed offered good comfort and ensured restful nights.
The shower was quite small. It was difficult to move without touching the walls. this made showering somewhat uncomfortable and cramped.

breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day. i found the coffee machines produced excellent coffee. marmalades added a good touch. it was rich, satisfying and delicious.

the room was clean and well-organized. there was NO issue with the tv or the internet. hot water was always available in the bathroom. the room was quite warm, requiring the air conditioning to be used at times.

the staff was very polite. victoria was particularly helpful and attentive. the reception provided useful information about local transport options. the staff helped with directions to nearby restaurants and points of interest.

the hotel provided luggage storage at no extra charge. i found THIS service beneficial, as it allowed me to explore the city freely after checkout. the facility helped to ensure my belongings were safe and secure.

the hotel's central location offered easy access to many attractions. the hop-on hop-off bus stops were nearby. metro stations were within walking distance. i easily accessed the hotel from the airport using just one bus.
