a reasonably good stay
convenient location easy transportation broken heater faulty airconditioner
the location is great with a bus station right in front. a supermarket is next door too, so groceries are easy to get. transportation from the airport was simple, just a quick ride on the 100e and a short walk.
The heater in my room didn't work. I had to ask for a portable one. also, the air conditioner didn't seem to function properly either. there were no follow ups on this issue, disappointing.

The location was perfect. Access to public transportation was easy. i appreciated the cleanliness. My room was super clean. the shower was AMAZING!!!

the location was acceptable for accessing transportation.
The room was quite small. There was very little space. i found the dated fixtures and discount warehouse furniture disappointing. i struggled to open the wardrobe because a nightstand blocked it.

convenient location small balcony nice touch helpful staff
I liked the convenient location close to transport options. The provided room had a small balcony. A welcome drink awaited me upon arrival, a NICE touch. Staff members were helpful with directions.
The elevator was quite small. Only ONE person with luggage fit at a time.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. They offered assistance with directions and local information. I found their service prompt and efficient. Staffs were happy to arrange taxis.
