The staff was attentive. The location offered a quiet retreat. the room had light-blocking curtains. i tried multiple restaurants linked to the hotel. Each offered excellent service. i found it easy to access the bus.
I noticed there was no iron available in my room. I had to request one.

The hotel is in a very quiet, historic area, it is close to fisherman's bastion and matthias church. i appreciated the calming atmosphere. It safety was good at night.

The room had a fridge, a safe, and a coffee maker. the bed was firm. The cushions were very comfortable. the room offered daylight views while still blocking light at night.

I enjoyed the rich breakfast outdoors, the power breakfast option had plenty of choices. there are several good pubs and restaurants near the hotel. Dining was always a pleasure.

the sauna was advertised, i found it was unavailable for my room type. the noise from the ventilation system disturbed my sleep each night. staff failed to inform me about breakfast service which was rather annoying.

the breakfast was nice (i enjoyed the fresh pastries). the staff was helpful in providing directions. the room was clean upon arrival. it had good air conditioning.
the wellness services advertised were unavailable. i found this disappointing, as i was looking forward to them. the ventilation noise was quite loud at night. it affected my sleep. (i had to use earplugs).
