superb location fresh towels friendly staff small room broken door street noise
the location was superb it was just a short walk from victoria station. a supermarket was very close for any necessities. the rooms were clean and i got fresh towels every day. the staff were friendly and polite.
my room was quite small. it was difficult for me to move around with my luggage. the bathroom door was broken and did not close properly. i could hear a lot of noise from the street outside.

easy access clean room comfortable bed lovely staff
I found the hotel easily accessible from the train station. The room was clean and the bed proved very comfortable. The staff members I met were lovely (always ready to help!). I appreciated that the hotel provided fresh towels each day.

convenient location helpful staff daily housekeeping
the location is fantastic, a short walk to victoria station made getting around very easy. the staff were always available and happy to help with any questions i had. my room was clean upon arrival and the daily housekeeping service was consistent.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected. but i knew that when i booked it.
