The location is fantastic, super close to the train station! the room was clean and well kept, and i found toiletries and water provided. the staff was friendly and quick during check-in, really helpful. the rooftop gym was an AMAZING surprise. I loved working out there!
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from other guests at times.

The location was convenient. It's close to transport links.
The room i got was quite small. The noise at NIGHT was also an issue. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. I found a stain on the bed sheet, not ideal.

The hotel's location is convenient. It is near KL Sentral station, i noticed. i could EASILY access transportation options. the staff members are friendly. i found them helpful in. the room cleaning was perfect.
The room i booked did not have the window, which I expected. IT was quite disappointing.

i found the location convenient to all transport options it made moving around effortless the staff greeted me with such warmth each day their smiles was like sunshine i was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room it had such a fresh scent each time i returned from my outings the rooftop gym gave beautiful views.
the lighting in the bathroom was slightly dim perhaps a brighter bulb could enhance visibility for makeup application or shaving.
