The location is convenient, right next to the train station, made travel easy. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast voucher was a new and welcome addition.. it offered a nice start to the day. The room had every facility, including an iron, a great convenience.

The hotel's location is convenient. It is near KL Sentral station, i noticed. i could EASILY access transportation options. the staff members are friendly. i found them helpful in. the room cleaning was perfect.
The room i booked did not have the window, which I expected. IT was quite disappointing.

staff members were always available at the front desk and could quickly solve the questions i HAD. housekeeping service maintained rooms in excellent condition . the staff assisted with luggage storage after i checked out.

The hotel boasts a viewing deck, giving guests a place to relax and TAKE in the city. i saw the gym has a treadmill and some free weights. Wi-Fi is free and fast. I used it for work with no problems.

i found the location convenient to all transport options it made moving around effortless the staff greeted me with such warmth each day their smiles seemed like sunshine i was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room it had such a fresh scent each time i returned from my outings the rooftop gym gave beautiful views.
the lighting in the bathroom was slightly dim perhaps a brighter bulb could enhance visibility for makeup application or shaving.
