the staff was professional i appreciated that. my room included a refrigerator which was very convenient. i found a good italian restaurant next door it was a definite plus.

the bed was somewhat small it wasn't ideal for two people. the air conditioner was quite noisy and disturbed my sleep. there were no facilities for making coffee in the room that was disappointing

I appreciated the super clean room and lobby. They were bright and airy. the front desk staff offered really good help. They gave us advice about using the ferry to Granville island. luggage storage after checkout allowed for more exploring before my cruise check-in.

I noticed the hotel did not provide parking without prior arrangement. this required finding alternative options at a considerable extra cost. This impacted the convenience of my stay.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with directions. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was also a welcome feature. I also liked the presence of multiple dining rooms on different floors. The hotel provided storage facilities post-checkout. That helped me a lot with my visa appointment.

The air conditioning system was a bit noisy,. That sometimes disturbed my sleep.
