The room had a well-stocked kitchen. i found the location was very convenient. laundry was easy to use on floor 4. It operated with coins.

we booked a two-bedroom suite for my family, it offered plenty of space. the big fridge was definitely a plus. the helpful staff provided an extra duvet to soften the firm bed.

amazing stay!
helpful staff full refrigerator complete kitchen spacious closet
the staff were friendly and helpful. i loved the full-size refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. the suite included pots, pans, and knives, so cooking was easy. closet space was spacious too!
the lack of air conditioning was noticeable, even though i understand the environmental concerns.

the hotel is a short walk from the clipper terminal and various downtown restaurants and shops. its location is very convenient for exploring the area and enjoying local amenities. it is fantastic!!!

the hotel has a modern, sleek design and provides luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. i found this service very useful for sightseeing without carrying heavy bags. it's just great!!!

shower mold dirty shower
the location is central to tourist spots it is really convenient
the room was not very clean the shower had mold i know the hotel is older but that is no excuse for not bleaching the mold or redoing the caulking

helpful staff clean hotel central location misleading verbiage no extension no concessions
the staff took the time to be helpful upon my arrival, and at the restaurant. the hotel is clean and well maintained. its location is central and allows for nice walks to many attractions.
I found my misplaced gift certificate, and i decided to call the hotel to make a reservation, but they could not honor it. the hotel had some misleading verbiage on the certificate. It claimed it was valid until june 3 but cannot be used during peak season, starting may 1. autumn, the department manager, was not willing to extend it until after the peak season ending september 30.
