a pleasant stay downtown
helpful staff spacious room great location smooth check-in
the staff acted very nice, and the room felt both spacious and cozy. the location was indeed great for accessing everything downtown. valet parking worked perfectly, and the check-in process was smooth.
I noticed the gym lacked updated equipment, requiring some maintenance. Otherwise it was perfect.

The hotel offers complimentary starbucks drip coffee every day. This service is appreciated. i also noticed a pizza place and a noodle house right next to the hotel. a burger place is also right next door.

the hotel has a clean pool and a hot tub. a seven-eleven convenience store is conveniently located adjacent to the building. the hotel provides valet parking services .

coal harbour is directly in front of the hotel and offers great opportunities for a walk. the hotel is near many neighborhoods. the waterfront area is also within walking distance.

Fantastic Stay!
spacious room comfortable bed fancy toilet
The room was spacious and bright, a welcome change (I do love a sunny room!). The bathroom included a fancy toilet, always a fun surprise, and everything was super clean. I found the bed very big and comfortable. The hotel's location allowed easy walking to many spots in the area.
A minor inconvenience, the room service order for just a pot of coffee took longer than expected. It took one and a half hours to arrive.

The hotel had a great restaurant with friendly staff. A variety of dining choices were available within a very short walk from the hotel. I discovered a great noodle restaurant close by, and I highly recommend it.

The location proved central. I easily reached several attractions. the beds were quite large, offering plenty of space. the lobby presented an inviting atmosphere. the staff was always helpful and attentive.
the valet parking felt somewhat expensive, considering the other costs of my stay.

The staff responded promptly to requests. I asked for extra towels and received them within minutes. staff stored my bags both before check-in and after i checked out.

My room on the 12th floor provided a good view. the room was spacious and well kept, with two comfortable beds. I really enjoyed that it was quiet at night, so sleeping was not an issue.

The hotel restaurant served large portions. a breakfast spot with reasonable prices was almost across the street. That urban fare offered a good alternative to the hotel dining.

helpful staff clean gym extra storage
the gym had three treadmills. i saw two stationary bikes there. the staff stored my bags before check-in and told me when the room was ready earlier than expected. they stored my luggage after check out, a nice gesture.
the bed was harder than what i usually find.

lukewarm water dismissive attitude
The hotel charged a high price, but the shower's water temperature was not hot. It was lukewarm at best. i mentioned it to the front desk. they said sorry, but that did not help me.
