Balanced Experience
central location cute staff comfortable room limited equipment noisy air conditioning few outlets
I appreciated the convenient central location. It made getting around easy. The staff were professional and cute . The room was spacious and comfortable too.
The gym had limited equipment. I noticed that more USB outlets near the nightstands would improve convenience. the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy.

charming stay downtown
warm staff convenient access
i found the staff genuinely warm and cute. ryan at the front desk was especially helpful with directions and recommendations. the location is superb, close to shops and restaurants. the beds felt very comfortable. we loved the lounge for its relaxed atmosphere and convenient access. i liked the bar. but the drinks menu could use updating. i really enjoyed my stay overall.

the location is central. i could walk to many spots. the staff was helpful and kind. the room i stayed in (i had the beautiful one-bedroom suite) was spacious and well equipped. it was also spotlessly clean.

local spots amazing staff poor lighting old decor
the staff really assisted me with directions to local spots for coffee. i found ryan to be amazing and helpful.
my room's decor was traditional and ornate, needing modernization. the lighting was poor also.

solid stay, some small misses
warm greeting chocolate covered strawberries
the staff greeted me warmly each day. the concierge helped with directions to local attractions. i got chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival in my room. the room included a nespresso machine, which i definitely used.
the room was somewhat dark, and i found it hard to see. the lighting need to be improved. i also had a hard time finding available outlets near the bed. this made charging my devices overnight a little hard.

the hotel is near a metro station. this allows for easy access to other parts of the city. the neighborhood felt safe, even late at night. i could easily walk to shopping and restaurants.

grateful stay
friendly staff quiet room central location
i appreciated the friendly staff who greeted me upon arrival. my room was immaculate and very quiet. the central location made accessing various city attractions simple (everything was so close!).
i found the minibar stocked very full. this left little space for personal items i wanted to refrigerate.

the lounge is perfect for cocktails or breakfast. i did not get time for dinner at bacchus but thanksgiving brunch was excellent (especially the pancakes!). the service in the restaurant was attentive, prompt, and cordial.
