I loved the Executive One-Bedroom King Suite Sofa Bed we had it felt spacious. The room was very comfy and tidy too I slept very well. The location allowed easy walks to many destinations like shopping and restaurants. The staff greeted me with smiles and were always happy to help which I loved.
The hotel was quite busy when I arrived resulting in a bit of a wait during check-in otherwise everything else was perfect.

The hotel's location offers convenient access to waterfront attractions Canada Place and the Skyline Station were close by. Many great restaurants are also nearby providing several choices for dining .

Staff members were kind going above and beyond to ensure all needs were met. Front desk personnel managed the busy check-in efficiently offering assistance with a smile. The team was very friendly and helpful making the experience really good

The restaurant located within the hotel provided an really good breakfast through a voucher system I really enjoyed this. There is also a coffee machine in each room a great thing. Wireless chargers are built into the desks too.

The suite featured separate living and bed areas offering space for relaxation. A pull-out sofa provided additional sleeping space and the bed was very comfortable. The room included amenities such as a coffee machine water bottles and slippers which I found very helpful.

The front desk staff member was not friendly once during our check in she was cold and did not smile. She seemed to have completely forgot we had JUST checked in the night prior. She charged us for a whole extra night taking money from our card. There was no one to help with luggage.

the location is central! it made exploring the city easy. the room featured effective external noise reduction, a plus for a downtown stay. the staff proved helpful and friendly throughout my visit.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited. It was a minor point, though.

The location is central. It is very close to major attractions. the location is excellent. It is just a few minutes walk from the bus pick-up for whistler or the airport. canada place is around 15 minutes away.

The location was very convenient with a short walk to the waterfront. The staff was friendly. The room had a comfy bed and a great shower. I was very pleased.
The welcome was disappointing. I booked online with a virtual card. It was denied at check-in. I requested an early check-in and did not receive any response from the hotel.
