loud ventilation old decor
the location was central and convenient. it was a short walk to many sites.
the bathroom ventilation was loud. the decor in the room felt old. i expected a more luxurious experience for the price.

Wonderful Getaway
spacious room clean accommodation convenient location helpful staff
I loved the Executive One-Bedroom King Suite Sofa Bed we had it felt spacious. The room was nice and neat too I slept very well. The location allowed easy walks to many destinations like shopping and restaurants. The staff greeted me with smiles and were always happy to help which I loved.
The hotel was quite busy when I arrived resulting in a bit of a wait during check-in otherwise everything else was perfect.

The hotel's location offers convenient access to waterfront attractions Canada Place and the Skyline Station were close by. Many great restaurants are also nearby providing several choices for dining .

Staff members were kind going above and beyond to ensure all needs were met. Front desk personnel managed the busy check-in efficiently offering assistance with a smile. The team was very friendly and helpful making the experience really good

The restaurant located within the hotel provided an really good breakfast through a voucher system I really enjoyed this. There is also a coffee machine in each room a great thing. Wireless chargers are built into the desks too.

The suite featured separate living and bed areas offering space for relaxation. A pull-out sofa provided additional sleeping space and the bed was very comfortable. The room included amenities such as a coffee machine water bottles and slippers which I found very helpful.

The front desk staff member was not friendly once during our check in she was cold and did not smile. She seemed to have completely forgot we had JUST checked in the night prior. She charged us for a whole extra night taking money from our card. There was no one to help with luggage.

central location noise reduction friendly staff
the location is central! it made exploring the city easy. the room featured effective external noise reduction, a plus for a downtown stay. the staff proved helpful and friendly throughout my visit.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited. It was a minor point, though.

The staff was always ready to assist guests with any requests. They provided prompt service at the front desk. i saw that housekeeping responded quickly to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises. the concierge offered efficient support with directions and local recommendations.

Check-in happened smoothly. The room had robes. The hotel is very clean. Alouette is on the premises. The French Bistro had very good food.
The air conditioner made some noise.

my bags were taken care of as soon as i arrived, even before i got out of the taxi. check-in was quick. i got a welcome email from the manager just minutes later. i found the fresh bottles of water provided every morning very convenient.

the adjacent ywca access was a great feature. the hotel offers convenient access to a nearby fitness center, providing guests with extended options for exercise and wellness .

the staff helped answer all our questions. the receptionist gave very helpful ideas for places to go and things to do. staff members are prompt with requests.

The breakfast was delicious. I thought the portion was large. the hotel has an agreement with a french bistro restaurant right next door. it gives a 10% discount on the bill if breakfast is not included.

The location is central. It is very close to major attractions. the location is excellent. It is just a few minutes walk from the bus pick-up for whistler or the airport. canada place is around 15 minutes away.

The room was spacious. robes and slippers are free to use. there is a nice coffee maker in the room. there were lots of storage options, which i appreciated. Also the safe was located inside the closet.

A Stay with Minor Issues
comfy bed great shower denied card no response
The location was very convenient with a short walk to the waterfront. The staff was friendly. The room had a comfy bed and a great shower. I was very pleased.
The welcome was disappointing. I booked online with a virtual card. It was denied at check-in. I requested an early check-in and did not receive any response from the hotel.
