excessive noise outdated decor
My experience had some drawbacks. The noise was excessive. Ambulance sirens blared frequently since the hotel is close to a hospital (a detail I wish I had known). The outdated decor needs refreshing. I struggled to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise.

totally awesome central hotel stay!
functional kitchenette awesome staff fantastic location
I loved the studio suite. It had a super functional kitchenette! the staff were awesome. they quickly addressed all my questions, and the location was fantastic. i could walk to tons of spots. the swimming pool and steam bath were totally rejuvenating after a long day. We loved that we used the guest laundry too!
The air conditioning only worked in the living room area, not the separate bedroom though, it was a little inconvenient. Still, we slept well!

The hotel has a cafe on site. This made grabbing a quick coffee super easy and convenient! i appreciated having that option right in the building. We could start our day smoothly. the onsite cafe offers a simple start to the day.

The staff really shine here. They are courteous and helpful. I witnessed firsthand how dedicated they are to making guests feel welcome. the employees. they go the extra mile to assist.

room upgrade city views inconsistent hot water insufficient closet
i got a fantastic room upgrade! the city views were amazing from my room. the staff were helpful and engaging .
the hot water was inconsistent. it alternated between scalding hot and icy cold in the shower. there also was insufficient closet space in the room, inconvenient as i lived out of my suitcase all week.

convenient location generous room on-site cafe
I found the location convenient. It was close to many attractions. The room size was generous, offering ample space for relaxation and comfort. I also enjoyed the on-site cafe.. the morning latte and treats were a delight.
The elevator service was a bit slow. There were occasional waits during peak times.
