Absolutely Fantastic Hotel Experience

The room was quite spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location is ideal, just a short walk from top downtown spots. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but many cafés are located nearby.
The A/C unit made a bit too much noise. It slightly disturbed my sleep.

The hotel is centrally located allowing easy access to many restaurants, shops, and the waterfront wanting to explore the area on foot. The surrounding area is very walkable and convenient.

My room included multiple chairs for seating. The room had high-quality finishings. The room was very clean upon arrival. The provided bedding was very soft.

The hotel staff were very attentive to my needs and queries. They were also friendly and pleasant during my entire stay. Their professionalism was clearly visible.

The hotel has a great location. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. It is close to Robson street for shopping and Cafe Medina for brunch.
I experienced very loud A/C noise , made it difficult to sleep. The noise was minor at first, but it became extreme when the A/C fully ran. It woke me up repeatedly throughout the night.

The pool area included a superb heated lap pool. A hot tub was also available for use. I liked how the hotel's restaurant had a lovely outside terrace. Quick access to the airport was simple using a Skytrain station near the hotel.
I found the air conditioning noise very loud, it caused me a sleep disruption. The blanket was the thinnest provided during winter. I could not sleep well.
