fabulous room excellent gym swimming pool bed frame room service breakfast missing chocolate
our room was fabulous. Every need WAS catered for. The gym and swimming pool were excellent. The location was also excellent.
I bumped my knee on the bed frame several times. A lack of room service breakfast WAS disappointing. I didn't see a chocolate .

solid stay downtown
fitness center swimming pool
the fitness center access was a definite plus. it contained various equipment, and i made use of the oversized swimming pool. the location was advantageous for exploring attractions nearby. it really helped during my short stay.
the room's darkness posed a challenge, specifically near the coffee machine area. i used a flashlight to manage it. this wasn't optimal for making my morning coffee. perhaps better lighting would help.

Charming Hotel Experience!
good surprise helpful staff comfortable environment
The location proved to be a good surprise. Restaurants and the Waterfront-Bahnhof were easily accessible by foot. The staff was quick and helpful. Our Executive King Suite Harbour View offered amazing views and a spacious layout.
The absence of automatic doors leading to the reception was somewhat inconvenient. I had to manage heavy doors independently upon arrival with luggage.

My room had great harbor views. It also included a comfortable king size bed and a well-lit vanity area, providing ample space for getting ready. The room was modern and well-kept.
