Awesome Downtown Adventure!
top notch location comfy bed fast elevators awesome staff
Location is top notch! I walked to the shops nearby. My room had a super comfy bed, great after a long day of walking. I also liked the fast elevators. I didn't have to wait long. Hotel staff was awesome, they gave me a map.
The ice machine on my floor was a bit noisy.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and it was so fast I could upload videos without any problems. Elevators were really quick, I never waited more than a few seconds for one to arrive. Vending machines were stocked.

Front desk staff was helpful. I needed directions to a restaurant and they pointed me in the right direction. They helped me store my bags after checkout! I was so happy with how quickly they responded.

The hotel is close to stores. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, that was awesome! You can easily walk to many attractions from this area. The neighborhood felt so safe and secure.

The breakfast area was very clean. I saw staff were refilling items constantly. There were several kinds of pastries available! Coffee was available early, I loved it.

a decent stay
central area air-conditioning room temperature portable heater
the location was convenient. it was quite central to the downtown area. the air-conditioning in the room was a treat! a liquor store sits below the hotel too.
The air conditioner didn't heat the room properly. hotel management controls the temperature settings. Guests cannot adjust it themselves. the receptionist brought a portable heater after i insisted. Even with adjustments, the ac only made noise.

helpful staff secure parking ideal location
The staff was consistently helpful, readily answering my tourist questions. They even stored my luggage after checkout, allowing me to explore a bit more before heading out. Parking felt secure and provided easy access. I found the location ideal for walking to the theatre district.
The room could use some updating, as there was a noticeable slant to the floor.

convenient location robson street secure parking
i found the location convenient. the orpheum theatre is across the street. robson street shopping is only a few blocks away. parking was also easy across the street for $18 per day and i appreciated that a lot.
the air conditioner made noise at night. i could hear other guests nearby.
