The room was a great size with two comfy beds. extra pillows and blankets were in the closet for our convenience. i appreciated the good-sized fridge. It helped keep our drinks cold. its proximity to restaurants and shops was AMAZING!!!
the window unit air conditioner was a bit noisy, but it did its job.

the hotel sits directly downtown. shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, providing plenty of options. english bay is only a short distance away, around fifteen minutes if you walk, so handy!

The check-in and check-out processes were easy. The staff was efficient. i asked for a late checkout, and they cheerfully accommodated my request. their helpful service really added to the positive experience!

Check-in was quick and the staff were helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room was surprisingly spacious. I especially liked that a mini-fridge was in the room. It was very convenient for storing drinks and snacks. The air conditioning worked very well!

This hotel boasts a prime location, with easy access to Sunset Beach and the city centre within a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside. Plenty of restaurants and shops are nearby.

There is an ice machine available . A vending machine provides quick access to drinks and snacks on-site. The hotel offers bag drop services which is great if you arrive early. Friendly staff are always on hand to help.

The room was large, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom included a nice shower, and I had nice towels. The air conditioning unit worked effectively. The room smelled really of lumber. That was a nice detail.

check in was easy because of really kind staff. a bag drop service was available untill my room was ready. the location was great. it was super central and easy to find.

the hotel provides a vending machine stocked with snacks and drinks, located near the reception area. an ice machine is available for guest, it is situated on the second floor. i did see a luggage storage, a useful service.
