great location helpful staff fitness amenities friendly staff outdated rooms slight dinginess lobby seating
i appreciated the hotel's location. it was close to many attractions on the island. the staff seemed quite friendly and helpful to me. the fitness amenities were also a plus.
the rooms looked somewhat outdated to me. i noticed a slight dinginess in the decor. the lobby lacked a comfortable common seating area. i really needed that, it was a problem.

friendly desk room thermostat convenient machine
The front desk was always friendly. the room provided a thermostat. I could adjust the temperature to my liking. i used the coffee machine with pods. it was very convenient.
i noticed some mildew and lifting caulking in the bathroom. the shower drain seemed partially clogged.

convenient location easy access friendly staff loud music smoking patrons plugged drain
the location was convenient for exploring. access to public transportation for downtown was easy. check-in was simple. the staff were friendly.
The hotel had music from a large party. patrons smoked right in front of our bedroom window. I couldn't open the window due to the smoke. the shower drain was plugged. mildew was present in the bathroom.

fantastic stay on the island
helpful staff unique charm
the staff were really friendly and helpful with directions to local attractions. they also extended parking for my mom, that helped a lot. the atmosphere near the water added a unique charm to my time at the hotel.
The room felt a bit outdated for the price i paid. It could use some modernization. the restaurant was also empty during the evening, so it lacked a lively ambiance.

The front desk staff inquired about my stay often, seeing how they could improve my experience. the team accommodated my request to extend the parking time. It was useful. staff provided directions. I easily found local spots.

excellent location great view clean room
the reception staff was fantastic! i really enjoyed talking to them. the location is excellent and the view is great. the room was nice and neat.
I couldn't get hot water in my room, so i wasn't able to take a shower. This was very disappointing.

The location is amazing! being a few blocks away from the market, shops and aquabus ferries is great. staying right on the water is fantastic. It's impossible to beat it.
