The staff was very helpful I thought that was okay.
My room faced the street so the street noise was too loud. Busses passed by all night I did not sleep well. There were no light blocking curtains so car headlights lit up the room.

The hotel is close to Stanley Park and downtown. Many restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The hotel is just across the street from a Safeway store. Bike rentals are very close.

I found a washing machine right in the room. This was particularly helpful for my family. I also appreciated the proximity to a main supermarket and several lovely cafes. The location was convenient.
The street noise was noticeable, so I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The location is excellent for exploring. Stanley Park is nearby. A supermarket across the street made grocery shopping easy. The suite included a full kitchen and in-room laundry machines. I found this especially convenient for a longer stay. The staff offered early check-in. I appreciated this after my travels.
Street noise was noticeable in my room. The hotel provided earplugs.
