efficient check-in stanley park proximity full kitchen
I found check-in efficient, so I received the keys fast. The hotel's proximity to Stanley Park is a definite plus. The full kitchen with modern appliances allowed me to prepare meals easily.
I thought the street-facing room had noticeable traffic noise, particularly during rush hour. Still, it was fine.

some drawbacks, despite central location
constant noise strange smell
My stay had its issues. my room faced the street, and the noise was constant. buses and other vehicles made it difficult to sleep. earplugs were provided, a sign of the problem. i also noticed a strange smell in the bathroom. It resembled urine, which wasn't pleasant.

loud street noise light blocking curtains
The staff was very helpful I thought that was okay.
My room faced the street so the street noise was too loud. Busses passed by all night I did not sleep well. There were no light blocking curtains so car headlights lit up the room.

spacious room useful washer friendly staff
The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated having a washing machine and dryer (very useful after hiking). The staff was helpful and friendly.

I found a washing machine right in the room. This was particularly helpful for my family. I also appreciated the proximity to a main supermarket and several lovely cafes. The location was convenient.
The street noise was noticeable, so I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The location is excellent for exploring. Stanley Park is nearby. A supermarket across the street made grocery shopping easy. The suite included a full kitchen and in-room laundry machines. I found this especially convenient for a longer stay. The staff offered early check-in. I appreciated this after my travels.
Street noise was noticeable in my room. The hotel provided earplugs.
