okay hotel
room size friendly staff broken air conditioner fridge malfunction
the room was spacious and clean. grocery stores were a short walk away. staff were friendly and helpful, so that was nice.
air conditioner did not work in our room. fridge door also did not close. i was moved to another room, but it had no hot water.

poor communication false alarm
the gym had a huge selection of free weights and equipment, acceptable.
the fire alarm went off early one morning.. around 2 am. everyone had to evacuate due to this false alarm. the staff didn't communicate well during this time and the elevators were offline for hours.

The location was GREAT! The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was convenient.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It squeaked loudly when turning over. The mattress sagged on one side. It made you roll into the other person. Suite 508 was not the best.

necessary amenities kitchen equipment washing machine dryer
the apartment provided all necessary amenities. the kitchen had a refrigerator microwave and stovetop. a washing machine and dryer were available inside the suite. i appreciated the availability of a balcony.
one of the two elevators was out of service which caused wait times.

the gym featured modern equipment. i noticed several treadmills stationary bikes and weight machines available for guest use. access to the outdoor pool area offered a relaxing environment.

while the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant there is a supermarket conveniently located opposite the hotel. this made it easy to purchase groceries for meals i prepared in my suite. many restaurants are located within walking distance.
