Really good Amenities and Service!
heated floor smelling soap great service
The hotel's location provided easy access to key downtown areas. I found the heated bathroom floors to be a lovely perk. The fresh-smelling soap and shampoo were definitely a plus. Breakfast was better than expected. It exceeded my expectations.
My room lacked a refrigerator. I had to request one! The room was somewhat small. This was an inconvenience.

breakfast quality inadequate hot chocolate
breakfast PROVED disappointing. I asked for hot chocolate. Staff gave warm milk AND a chocolate powder sachet. The powder did not mix well because milk was not hot enough. Poached eggs WERE not cooked as requested.

A Romantic Getaway Perfected!
perfect location clean room
The hotel's location placed me near the waterfront and bustling shopping streets. My room was wonderfully clean. Its comfort was noticeable. The staff offered superb service. Every request was met with grace.

The staff consistently displayed politeness. Their demeanor reflected Canadian hospitality. I found every employee to be smiling, helpful, and passionate about their work. They were pretty good too ensure I felt welcomed and cared for!!!

delicious omelets clean room central location
The breakfast options were very good. I especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelets. The room was super clean and cozy. The location was central and made getting around easy. I could walk to many attractions.

comfortable bed lovely bathroom beer range
The room had a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. I found a nespresso machine. That was a real bonus. I appreciated the great range of beers and happy hour at the grill from 3-6.
The breakfast menu was limited, so it became a bit repetitive after several days.
