the superior king room was spacious. i noticed a refrigerator and a safe box included a romantic touch. the location was near transport links, it made exploring easy.
the ac was a little confusing, though i figured it out eventually.

brian, the manager, REALLY impressed me with his wealth of information. the complimentary luggage storage service both before AND after checkout was a considerable plus. i found the room especially spacious, and it included a safe box and refrigerator. ac worked VERY well.
the hotel's style felt somewhat dated, although it was clear that efforts are being made to maintain the facilities WELL.

what a fab find!
convenient location amazing staff room fridge keurig coffee
i love this hotel! the location is just super convenient to the bart station, i used it to get straight from the airport. i think the staff were nice and very accommodating. my room had a fridge and a keurig coffee pot, so useful for early mornings.
The street noise was a bit much at times. I could hear a lot through the windows. its wasnt the worst thing but it was a thing!

i found my room pretty good, with nice air conditioning and good light sensors. the shower was awesome too, it provided great water pressure, it really helped me relax. the security to the foyer was also a plus.

clean room helpful staff few sockets exaggerated deposit
the staff was helpful. the rooms are clean and it felt cozy there. everything felt so homey to me. also, the hotel is beautiful.
there wasn't enough sockets in the room, so charging electronics was hard. the deposit they take reminded me of a rip-off. it's still on my card even after a month, and there's deposits even for water.
