Excellent Stay in Central Location
helpful staff room refrigerator free sherry
The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. My room had a refrigerator, very useful. I found free coffee available in the morning and sherry in the evening. It was a really nice touch.
The lift service was reduced, with only one lift working, and at one point, both were out of service. This was a bit inconvenient, especially since the rooms start on the 7th floor.

My room included useful appliances and storage. I liked the big, comfy bed. I had lots of space and all the necessary amenities, which contributed to a very comfortable stay.

The location was magnificent. It gave easy access to everything i wanted to see. the staff were so very kind, always ready to help with any question. our room, a superior king room, was very cozy, it seemed like a sweet escape each evening.
the water temperature in the shower was quite unpredictable, it changed without warning. overnight parking felt very expensive, much more than nearby options. the bathroom faucet was also a bit too small, i struggled to wash my hands comfortably.

The hotel provided valet service for my car. I appreciated this service due to the location. The room had everything I needed. The shower worked lovely.
The hotel is dated. The reception staff was not friendly. I requested cutlery to have dinner in my room and they would not bring it. I had to collect it myself at reception.

excellent location flavored water nearby restaurants
the location is excellent, perhaps 100 meters from the cable car station. many restaurants are nearby. i appreciated the flavored water machine in the reception (i used it daily).
the shower was very old and somewhat worn.
