adequate but flawed
street noisefluctuating pressure
the room was surprisingly noisy even though supposedly soundproof windows were installed i could clearly hear street noise at all hours also the air conditioning unit was quite old and rattled constantly making it difficult to sleep soundly the bathroom was also a letdown. the shower head sprayed water in every direction except down and the water pressure fluctuated wildly it was not a relaxing experience.

The room was a very comfortable Beautiful Queen Room. I found the bed quite comfy. The breakfast offered eggs, bacon, sausage, and fresh muffins, AMAZING!!!
The room felt somewhat dated. The furniture had mismatching elements. I think some updates would really improve the experience.

The hotel is within walking distance to Chinatown, only 5 minutes away, very convenient. Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 is about a 30-minute walk. The area felt safe, and it was clean.

a mixed bag near union square
spotty wificramped breakfast
The hotel had some issues. the wifi was spotty at best (a real problem for streaming anything). also, the breakfast area felt cramped and often ran out of basic items like coffee and pastries. it seems the staff struggled to keep up with demand, especially during peak hours. the noise from the street was pretty bad too at night. I could hear everything, even with the windows closed.
