attentive staff lovely staff filtered water heavy doors noisy doors difficult doors
The room was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The staff were lovely and attentive especially Carlos and ladies on check in reception. Filtered water was available in the lobby. It was quite refreshing. Elevators were fast.
I found the doors to each room super heavy. If you are elderly or have difficulty with heavy items, you will have issues managing the doors. The doors are frequently opened and closed at all hours of the day and night.

helpful staff easy walk
the location was great for exploring.. i easily walked to several points of interest. the staff was also helpful with directions and recommendations.
the street outside was occasionally a bit noisy at night.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
convenient location comfortable bed street noise cleaning schedule
the location was quite convenient, close to many attractions. the room was spacious, and i found the bed comfortable. it was nice to have a comfortable bed after a long day of exploring..
the noise from the street was noticeable in my room. also, i found the room cleaning schedule of every three days to be inconvenient. i prefer daily service or at least the option for it.

spacious suite comfortable bed complimentary coffee
the room was spacious and it included a microwave. the bed felt very comfortable. the club floor had complimentary tea and coffee available each day i liked that.
the toilet flush was quite loud i heard it from other rooms too.
