The location was very convenient to access Canada Place. The proximity allowed me to walk there easily. I was also able to leave my luggage at the front desk on the day of my flight. The staff provided a cable to connect my luggage together with a lock.
The building seemed quite old, and refurbishment appears necessary. The hot water was not very stable during showers. limited seating was available in the breakfast area each morning.

The front desk provided very helpful directions. The hotel has a great location near the cruise terminal, about a ten-minute walk. The room had a modern coffee machine and a fridge. The wifi provided was fast.
The room was a bit too warm, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy.

the hotel location was great as it was near the cruise ship port and public transport. there were also some good eateries nearby and i liked that. i appreciated the non slip mat provided with the bath tub. being able to store our luggage at the hotel the day we checked out was also appreciated.
the hotel is old and it could have been kept up better. it had a distinct odour and could have used a good clean. the tub could have used a good bleach with the rust stains. the reviews don't lie.
