Comfortable stay close to everything

helpful staff accessible location friendly front desk

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff , they quickly addressed a minor issue with my room. The location proved very accessible to nearby dining. The front desk was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

The room faced the street , and street noise was noticeable despite closed windows.

The hotel has a fitness center equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes ' use. There is also a breakfast area that offered many delicious options each morning , with both hot and cold choices.

My room featured a large television with many channels. The room included a microwave and small refrigerator. Fluffy and firm pillows were available on each bed , a great touch.

faulty thermostat chilly temperature

i was pretty excited about this stay. the room was clean and the location seemed decent at first (lots of shops and restaurants nearby). i found out the hard way that the thermostat in my room didn't actually work. it was stuck at what reminded me of a very chilly temperature, and despite asking about it, nothing changed. it.

friendly staff queen beds

the hotel provided excellent evening meals in the restaurant. staff members were cute and friendly. my room was newly renovated and included two queen beds and a fabulous bathroom. the room also offered a hairdryer and a recycling bin.

the tv cast feature did not function when streaming from my phone.
