a LOVELY stay
higher floor breakfast service secure parking
I requested a room on a higher floor, and i was given a room on the top floor. Perfect! the breakfast service extended to 9 AM. it was a Good surprise. i appreciate the secure underground parking, allowing me to lock my vehicle for two nights. it brought so much peace of mind.

The hotel is close to the inner harbour waterfront. it also sits next door to the parliament building. this central position allows for easy access to downtown facilities without the need for a car. That is a plus.

good breakfast central location customer service front desk
The included breakfast was good and opened until 10:30 am. the location was great for walking to many of the town sites and restaurants. i loved how central everything was. It.
the staff lacked skills to handle customers. they're always in the office chatting and not in the "front desk". i also noticed they would interrupt to prove their point.

loud air conditioning unit uncomfortable bed
the breakfast was decent with a good variety of options it was quite acceptable
the air conditioning unit in my room was loud it seemed quite old and possibly damaged also the bed was not comfortable it felt bouncy and worn out making it difficult to sleep well there was only one nightstand between the two beds.

clean hotel attentive staff clipper ferry
the hotel was very clean, i noticed immediately. the staff was attentive to requests. i appreciated its great location near the clipper ferry location. the location made my arrival smooth.
i found a few hairs in the bathroom. it was a minor issue overall.

the breakfast buffet offered sufficient and well-balanced options. items included fruits, juice, proteins, and carbohydrates. the dining area was very cute and comfortable, i felt relaxed.

the staff maintained cleanliness and promptly addressed any customer needs. they were also always ready to help guests. the staff ensured that food stations were well-stocked, i noticed.
