4-star boutique hotel in downtown Victoria with award-winning dining and spacious suites

Dining & Lounges

Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites offers the only rooftop dining in Victoria at Vista 18, with harbour views from the 18th floor. Clive's Classic Lounge holds the title of World's Best International Bar Team and houses a collection of over 300 rare liquors. The lounge has also been named World's Best International Hotel Bar for its exceptional cocktail program.

One-bedroom and two-bedroom suites include separate sitting areas and full kitchens for extended stays. Select rooms offer private walk-out balconies with views of the Inner Harbour or Olympic Mountains. Pet-friendly accommodations provide amenities for dogs, and all rooms come with a refrigerator and cable TV.

Location & Services

The hotel sits within a 3-minute walk of Miniature World and is 600 meters from the British Columbia Parliament Buildings. The Royal BC Museum is also within easy walking distance, along with shops and restaurants on Government Street. A complimentary downtown shuttle service helps guests reach attractions and dining venues without a car.

Recreation & Wellness

Guests have access to an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and fitness facilities on site. The pool is heated and open year-round, with a shallow end for children. Luggage storage and a 24-hour reception are available for convenience.

“I see a commitment to spaciousness in this hotel, with its suite-style rooms well-suited to longer stays, but the real draw might be the rooftop dining, offering views unlike any other in Victoria. central location helpful staff shuttle service
The location is central. It allowed easy access to many shops and restaurants. The staff offered a helpful shuttle service. It transported us to events in the downtown area (Jesse was particularly helpful).
The air conditioning unit was a portable type and it generated some noise.
