The suite was spacious with comfortable beds. i found the bathroom had ample counter space (a real plus!). the location was great. I could easily walk to nearby attractions.
The decor seemed a little dated. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It took some time to get up and down.

I found the lack of proper housekeeping quite irritating. No maid service was provided. why then were tips solicited? it seems inconsistent. additionally, a fee was levied for holding bags. This was unexpected and inconvenient.

I got a room that was clean and that was a big plus. The beds were comfortable too. The staff were beyond helpful. I felt really supported.
The hotel seems somewhat dated. The lack of daily maid service bothered me. I found it odd they still expect tips when no one cleans the room.
