underwhelming stay
i wasn't thrilled with the service at check-in. they acted like it was a huge problem to find my reservation because i booked through a third party. it seemed like they didn't trust me. plus, they wouldn't even let me grab a quick coffee and muffin from the continental breakfast, even after i had paid quite a bit for the room.

Location rocks. The staff is super friendly. I liked that the hotel has three elevators. I never had to wait long for one. I really liked the walk in shower too. It had cool tile. Great design.
I noticed that half of the hotel is residential. I think they should write that somewhere. The hotel only goes up to the 5th floor after that it's apartments. I expected a sweet arena view. But I only saw the back of a Hampton hotel. That was sad. Dyson hair dryers are in the pictures. But the rooms don't have them. I was so sad. Super misleading thing.

i GOT an early check in it was awesome. the staff was very accommodating. our room was quite large and i liked that.
the room i stayed in lacked a glass wall from the shower looking into the bedroom. it featured a blind for coverage but it was odd for a family.

the hotel location was good.
the shower had a glass wall that looked into the bedroom and i found this odd. there was a blind, but i found it strange for a family room. the coffee maker didnt worked, and my husband had to leave early to find coffee elsewhere.

i found the beautiful king room very comfortable. the room included a nice cappuccino machine! the front desk staff were friendly and professional. free parking downtown was awesome, though the elevator was a bit slow.
The bed covers had old blood stains. That was a surprise.

the front desk staff consistently had a smile. housekeeping checked each evening to ensure that all incidentals were taken care of to enhance the comfort of the stay.

just alright, i guess
tiny room unclean exercise equipment
the front desk staff seemed alright. they did their job.
I'm not sure what the hype is about this place. the room was tiny, like someone forgot to account for human occupancy. the gym was a joke. The treadmill belt slipped, and the stationary bike looked like it hadn't been cleaned since last year. i expected much more.

modern room convenient location daily check
the location was ideal near everything i needed the room felt big enough clean and modern it was a great space for my short stay i appreciated the proximity to local amenities it made exploring easy i also liked that the staff checked on me daily to see if i needed anything
the facilities felt somewhat basic overall it was a minor point but still noticeable

the hotel features complimentary laundry facilities with both a washing machine and a dryer available for guest use i also noticed complimentary washing detergent provided i found this to be especially convenient for longer stays or unexpected needs.

i observed that the hotel provides complimentary apples near the reception area the apples looked fresh and were a convenient healthy snack option for anyone passing through the lobby i partook daily enjoying the complimentary apples.

the staff provided attentive service throughout my stay i had requested extra pillows and they delivered them promptly to my room i also noticed staff offering assistance with luggage and directions willingly to other guests.
