small pool
i wasn't thrilled with the service at check-in. they acted like it was a huge problem to find my reservation because i booked through a third party. it reminded me of they didn't trust me. plus, they wouldn't even let me grab a quick coffee and muffin from the continental breakfast, even after i had paid quite a bit for the room.

Location rocks. The staff is super friendly. I never had to wait long for one. I really liked the walk in shower too. It had cool tile. Great design.
I noticed that half of the hotel is residential. I think they should write that somewhere. The hotel only goes up to the 5th floor after that it's apartments. I expected a sweet arena view. But I only saw the back of a Hampton hotel. That was sad. Dyson hair dryers are in the pictures. But the rooms don't have them. I was so sad. Super misleading thing.

the shower had a glass wall that looked into the bedroom and i found this odd. there was a blind, but i found it strange for a family room. the coffee maker didnt worked, and my husband had to leave early to find coffee elsewhere.

the front desk staff seemed alright. they did their job.
I'm not sure what the hype is about this place. the room was tiny, like someone forgot to account for human occupancy. the gym was a joke. The treadmill belt slipped, and the stationary bike looked like it hadn't been cleaned since last year. i expected much more.

the location was ideal near everything i needed the room felt big enough clean and modern it was a great space for my short stay i appreciated the proximity to local amenities it made exploring easy i also liked that the staff checked on me daily to see if i needed anything
the facilities felt somewhat basic overall it was a minor point but still noticeable
