decent stay, some issues
friendly staff excellent location malfunctioning air conditioning uncomfortable temperature
The staff was friendly! the location is excellent! it is near many restaurants and tourist spots. i walked to canada place with no problem. Buses stop right outside the building, too!
the air conditioning was not working properly. i could not control the temperature in my room, very uncomfortable. the front desk sent a fan, twice. but that did not solve the issue.

friendly concierge clean room good advice weak water pressure small sink confusing thermostat
the room was clean and it was calm enough despite being on a lower floor facing the street. there are restaurants and cafes close by which was convenient. the concierge was friendly and helpful giving good advice.
the shower's water pressure was quite weak. i also found the bathroom sink to be smaller than expected. the thermostat was difficult to understand so i struggled to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

the hotel offers a central location close to many attractions and public transport worked well.
the room's temperature could not be adjusted from within the room and i had to contact the front desk to regulate the ac system and it was not sufficiently cool despite my request i ended up using a fan they provided.

convenient location l'occitane products small room ineffective thermostat
the location is really convenient. it was easy to reach different parts of the city from there. the room had l'occitane products in the washroom, a nice touch.
the room i had was quite small (smaller than expected). the thermostat in the room did not seem to do anything to adjust the temperature.

tender moments in a cozy haven
prime location warm staff nespresso machine dream bed
the location was prime, steps from the skytrain. the staff were always warm with smiles, a comforting constant! my room included complimentary water and a nespresso machine, a lovely touch. the bed was a dream.
The thermostat seemed a little out of sync. I couldn't adjust the room temperature myself, it felt a little too warm.

my beautiful queen room had a comfortable bed and modern decor. the blackout curtains ensured a dark room, perfect for sleeping late. the bathroom included refined toiletries and fluffy towels.

this hotel is near waterfront station, providing easy access to public transportation. many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. the cruise terminal is close by, perfect if you plan a cruise.

small room ineffective air conditioning
The room I got was a bit of a letdown. It felt much smaller than I expected. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. I couldn't adjust the temperature. I contacted the front desk twice, but nothing changed. It was uncomfortably warm for the entire stay.
