I had an overall great experience at this hotel, with incredibly smooth service from check-in to checkout, which made my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Busch Stadium, making it easy to attend events nearby. However, my experience was somewhat dampened by the mix-up with the room that took some time to resolve, which affected my impression of the service slightly.
