the staff always showed kindness and provided support the coffee in the room was good and gave me energy each morning i looked out to see a majestic tree just outside my window and felt a profound sense of peace. the nearby restaurant offered great food. i adored the hotel's proximity to tram route 1 it sat right outside the door.
the bathroom shower floor showed some wear it could use upgrades to better match the otherwise pristine room.

the hotel is located beside the river which provides scenic views and a calming atmosphere a tram stop is conveniently placed right outside and makes accessing different parts of the area easy. several restaurants are within walking distance.

the breakfast was good and worth the money i spent. i can't complain about it.
the hotel was way too expensive for what i got. it also misrepresented the quality of the terrace view. i was not happy about it.

The breakfast had a full selection of cereal, pastries, fruits, meat, cheese and cooked selection.
The hotel location is not in a very nice area. I noticed abandoned and derelict buildings on the same street. There was also a fair amount of rubbish and cigarette ends on the pavements. The carpets in the entrance hall had stains.
