central location train station
The location was very central and close to the train station. (That was really convenient.)
I found the room noisy at night. I think it faced the main street, so even with the windows shut, it was difficult to sleep with people shouting. WiFi did NOT work in the room either. what a disappointment.

The hotel's central location beside são bento station simplified exploring. breakfast included a varied continental buffet, i appreciated the numerous options. i particularly adored the retro decor and furniture. It was like a nostalgic trip. the staff was helpful.

my standard double room was super clean, i did admire the well-kept condition. the room was quiet, and i had a peaceful night's rest, wonderful after a long day of travel. the bathroom fixtures worked perfectly.

the reception staff offered clear directions. they were available 24/7! staff efficiently addressed all my questions regarding local attractions and transport options, which i found good. the team were quite supportive.

the proximity to são bento station made it easy to use public transport. many significant sights were within walking distance, that was convenient. the immediate area felt safe, a significant advantage for solo travellers. i loved the accessibility
