decent stay, some drawbacks
wide selection breakfast friendly staff close proximity metro extra charges distant location drainage issue shower
the hotel provided a comfortable stay. breakfast offered a wide selection of choices. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel is close to the metro.
i found some extra charges quite shocking. access to the pool cost an additional fee per person per day. the location is a bit on the outskirts. the shower did not drain properly.

mixed feelings about this stay.
stained bed double charge
My room was not as clean as i expected. The bed had a stain. i also had trouble with the payment process at checkout. The staff initially charged me twice, frustrating and required follow-up to resolve.

clean room local places cheap transportation
Our room was clean. It was also very airey. We found local places to eat on the main area. The train station is hidden, but when found, it is cheap and very useful.
The show needs to be FIXED in room 225.

Food at the bar is good. Breakfast offers a generous spread, including fresh and well-prepared food. I appreciated the kitchen and restaurant teams. They take pride in their work, easily accommodating dietary restrictions.

The staff were nice. They were also helpful. Reception staff and meet-and-greet staff at the door were very cute. The concierge could not do enough to assist me . They were very polite, amiable, and courteous.

The location is on the outskirts of town, requiring transportation to the main attractions. The metro station FRANCOS is within walking distance. The hotel is easy and quick to reach via metro or Uber. I found local places to eat near the hotel.

The spa facilities are really good, as is the gym. The hotel was clean and modern. There are quick elevators. Parking facilities are available, though the car parking space is an extra charge per day.
