sewage smell thin towels
the room had a distinct smell of sewage. the linoleum flooring felt old and cold. towels were thin, like paper. i won't be returning.

location work well for my travels. the room was a clean space. breakfast had a good selection to pick from. staff was helpfull.
my room needed a small fridge, it would be great. i did have to buy drinks elsewhere.

central location friendly staff spacious room small room narrow bed tiny shower
I adored my stay. the location was central. It was a short walk to attractions and the river. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. the room itself was spacious and light.
the rooms felt a little small! and different from the website photos. the bed was quite narrow so i found it not comfortable. the bathroom was small too, the shower cubicle felt tiny, and the door didn't shut properly.

mediocre stay with cleanliness issues
dirty grout hallway noise
The room i got was not great. the bathroom had some serious issues. the shower's grout looked disgusting and really needs some attention. i also found the noise from the hallway very disruptive. It sounded like people were right outside my door all the time. this made it hard to relax after a long day.

good location close proximity
The hotel has a very good location near many restaurants. A metro stop is near, about 5 minutes away. It is a short distance from the main pedestrian shopping street, it is really nice. I liked the close proximity to transport.
The wifi was very slow, about 1mb or even less. I complained about this several times, but nothing happened. I did not appreciate the poor wifi service.

Breakfast had a big selection and the hotel provides a luggage storage room. The storage room was helpful. The hotel has two very tiny elevators for a hotel with about 150 rooms.

musty odor inadequate soundproofing
The room felt quite small. the bathroom seemed old and had a musty odor. i also found the soundproofing inadequate. I could hear street noise late into the night and early in the morning.
