my king suite featured a large, comfortable bed with superb bed sheets. the bathroom included a freestanding bath and karl lagerfeld toiletries (i found this especially nice).
the hotel lacked convenient car access. the walk to the entrance proved challenging with luggage (it was quite a trek).

The hotel location is amazing. It's right in the heart of everything! The staff were very good. They helped with our luggage from the city parking garage! I took a quick dip in the nice pool. It was just outside our door after touring for long days.
Accessing the rooms required using two elevators. It was not the most convenient arrangement.

The steam room, sauna, and swimming pool were flawless. I used them all. The pool area includes comfortable loungers and shaded areas. The gym features treadmills and stationary bikes. It is well-equipped for a workout.

The staff is well-trained. The F&B supervisor gave a great demonstration about opening wine bottles with fire. He also gave a lot of information about Port wines. Sofia was young and efficient. She checked us in on the first day.

Our rooms were recently built! They are a fine example of modern luxury. Rooms are well-lit. They feature superb bed sheets, pillows, and bath accessories. It's the first time I didn't have to take out my toilet kit from my suitcase

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown. All happenings are right outside the door. It is very convenient and safe. You can walk to main attractions from the hotel. The hotel is just 500 meters from the train station!
