a good find
great size nice balcony main attraction
the location is fantastic. my room had great size plus a nice balcony overlooking the street below, it was a beautiful double room. the room had everything to offer, being on a shopping street and very close to main attractions.
the room temperature in the beautiful double room was far too cold. the thermostat had an initial setting to 19 degrees, it felt much colder. i was cold , even after increasing the temperature to 29 degrees.

Amazing hotel, BUT the spa policy is a little off
central location luxurious choices helpful service
The location was CENTRAL and made exploring so easy. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! I was impressed by the luxurious choices and fast service. Maria at the front desk was helpful. She explained attractions and travel info, going above and beyond.
I was surprised that I had to pay EXTRA for the spa and pool. It was β¬15 for an hour. I felt it should have been included, especially considering the price. I didn't find milk in the room for coffees and apparently had to ask reception for milk.

charming central stay
rooftop garden spacious apartments helpful staff
the rooftop garden provided an unexpected delight, the views of the city were fine! i especially appreciated the spaciousness of the apartments, it seemed like a real home. the staff were helpful, they seemed ready to assist with any request.
the air conditioning in my room was not working correctly, it did make the room a bit uncomfortable at times.

the building was pretty, and the location was acceptable in the citys heart.
the receptionist told me i had a massage complimentary but when i checked out, i was told to pay it. it was like a misunderstanding i didn't cause.

the air conditioning in my room was not working efficiently. the spa access required an extra fee which was unexpected. i found the gym to be somewhat lacking in equipment.
