helpful staff panoramic view great panorama bad air conditioning water leak shower screen
the staff was GREAT and always ready to assist. my room had a nice view of a landmark. the rooftop space offered a wonderful panorama of the area.
the air conditioning seemed centralized and not very effective. i had a HARD time adjusting the room temperature. the bathroom included a tub with a shower screen, and it was prone to water leaks.

central location, practical stay
train station many attractions
the hotel is very close to the main train station, and many tourist attractions are within walking distance. i found lots of nice independent restaurants and cafes nearby. the hotel itself is good, all rooms have air conditioning, and there is free wifi.
i found that the coffee machine in the room did not work. the hot breakfast food offered was also average, it could be improved. the bar closed quite early at 11pm, even for residents on a weekend

The hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. This was helpful. i also appreciated the rooftop terrace with green plants and vegetables. there were chairs and tables on the terrace for enjoying the view and sunset.

small room poor air conditioning
The room size really bothered me? it was a standard double room. i felt cramped with my luggage. Barely any space to walk around? the bathroom was big, i don't know why they didn't use some of that space for the actual room. also, the air conditioning was not good! it didn't cool the room well at all.

I found the hotel staff cute upon my arrival. The hotel stored luggage before check in and after check out, which i appreciated. The room was quiet and comfortable with twin beds. It was perfect for traveling with my daughter. I felt safe both in the hotel and around it.
I noticed the in-room coffee and tea facilities included sugar but lacked milk. I was told to buy milk from the bar or a mini market. I did not understand why milk was unavailable. I would have expected a 4-star hotel to include milk in the room.

faulty air conditioning leaking water
the breakfast was really good. it offered a lot of choices for a good start to the day.
the air conditioner did not work well. i had to change rooms because of it. i imagine the heat guests feel in the summer! the bathroom has a bathtub with a blindex that improvises a shower, which makes water leak onto the floor and makes everything wet. i found 160 euros a day too expensive for this, an outdated hotel with bad services.
